Building a network of leaders
The Women’s Leadership Conference Mentorship Program (WLCMP) is a six-month pilot opportunity that pairs professionals (mentors) and emerging leaders (mentees) in a one-on-one Mentorship Program designed to promote emerging leaders’ professional and personal development. Mentors for the 2023 program have been selected by the WLC board and Advisory board. At the core of the WLCMP is the one-on-one mentoring relationship, which is the catalyst to building a cross-industry network, and social network of support throughout the Southern Oregon community.
A Focus on Diversity
A key focus in women’s leadership is greater boardroom diversity so our organizations can better address key challenges in equity. That includes embracing and adapting to current changes caused by the pandemic and the rapidly changing environment we continue to face. WLC is committed to creating a more diverse leadership community.
