The Marketing Committee, along with its Social Media and Website subcommittees, is responsible for all coordinating of the online and offline communications to former and potential annual conference and WLC Micro Event attendees. Additionally, the Marketing Committee provides engaging year-long content to expand the WLC mission and its community.
VP of Marketing
Gwenne started her career in advertising and marketing in New York City. For 25+ years, her creative solutions for multi-million dollar brands such as Stuart Weitzman, American Express, and Gianni Versace have gained national and international recognition. An early adopter to digital marketing, Ms. Wilcox’s digital brand strategies result in predictable customer engagement and purchasing outcomes. Her branding company, RockPaperScissors, and Brand Magic Marketing services provide revenue generating content marketing strategies for privately owned and entrepreneurial-led companies. She has helped launch Salinity Salts and Frisk Meals, both locally owned female businesses.
Gwenne’s community involvement includes serving on the board of the Southern Oregon Music Festival from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, she was a volunteer member of the Marketing Committee and now serves as the VP of Marketing for the 2018 WLC Conference. She has lived in the valley since 2005.
Jill Ditty is a project manager with 30 years of Marketing experience. She spent the first 21 years of her career in the Shopping Center industry, and has worked for Lithia Motors since 2009. Jill has served 6 terms on the WLC Marketing Committee beginning with its inception in 2013. As Project Manager she oversees branding, graphic design, and printed conference materials.
Erin O’Kelley Muck
Erin is a website designer with 20 years of experience. Since 2002 she has owned ruby slipper designs in Ashland Oregon, a successful boutique web design firm with clients such as Britt Music Festivals and Southern Oregon Goodwill. Deeply committed to fostering growth in women-owned businesses, Erin joined the WLC in 2016 as the website designer. She is chair of the Website Committee, and responsible for site updates, strategy, site architecture, adding new content, implementing new ideas.
Mara Doane is a brand strategist and creative director with more than 20 years of management experience. She has spent her entire career in creative positions and excels at building and inspiring creative teams. For the last ten years as AllCare Health’s Creative Director, she developed project management skills while overseeing corporate creative for all media channels. Previous to AllCare Health, she was an Art Director at Harry and David for seven years. Her work has earned 13 national creative/marketing awards.
Mara served on the WLC website subcommittee, created and deployed event eblasts, and designed our beautiful spiral-bound conference programs.
Lisa has more than 25 years of business communication experience, including print publishing, digital publishing, corporate communications, market research, competitive intelligence, customer experience and usability, communication strategy, content marketing, as well as social media. She’s worked for a wide variety of organizations, from small entrepreneurial businesses to state agencies to large Fortune 200 enterprises. For the last six years, Lisa has been the communication manager for nonprofit Pacific Retirement Services, juggling writing, social media management, corporate communications, website maintenance, and various digital marketing efforts for the corporate office and 12+ retirement communities.
For multiple WLC conferences, Lisa has driven or supported social media efforts, focusing on Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter.

The logistics committee is responsible for the oversight of conference logistics operations from securing the venue, including food and beverage service for over 400 attendees, to the coordination of audio/visual provisions of the keynote and session speakers during the conference.

The Content Committee’s responsibilities are the selection and support of the keynote speakers and breakout session speakers.

COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP CONNECTIONS (CLC) COMMITTEE
The Community Leadership Connections (CLC) Committee is responsible for coordinating WLC workshops and networking events in the Rogue Valley, beyond the annual conference.

Cristina Sanz is also on the WLC Board of Directors.
Michelle Wilson has worked in the field of nonprofit management and community organizing for over 30 years. She has worked in the Rogue Valley for the last 13 years and is currently the Partnership Development Coordinator for La Clinica. Her past experience includes the role of Development Director of the Children’s Advocacy Center, serving on the Oregon Nonprofit Leaders Conference committee, and providing grant writing and organizational development consulting to several nonprofit organizations through her business, Wellspring Consulting. Michelle loves the generosity of people and organizations in our community and enjoys everything the Rogue Valley has to offer, including cultural activities, natural beauty, and our thriving artisan food and wine industries. 2018 marks her third year working on committees for the Women’s Leadership Conference. email@example.com
